I periodically examined my breasts, not faithfully. I'd had a mammogram the summer before and wasn't due for a yearly until the next July. After I had a shower this one morning, the 24th of April, I put my arm up behind my head and I could see a dimpling. And I felt there and there was this hard little lump, but I kind of dismissed it and thought well, I'll wait until Monday and see my gynecologist. So I did that and he said this moves around enough so that I don't think its cancerous. But since it feels different to you than anything else you've felt, I think you probably should make an appointment with the surgeon. |
