I'm one of the unfortunate people who got it but I'm going to try to beat the damn thing. If I beat it, I beat it. If I don't, I don't. Like when I went in World War II. I wasn't married. We'll be married 49 years this October if I'm living yet. I hadn't met her until I got out of the Navy. I couldn't understand these guys always writing letters and all when we had a chance. I had nobody to write to, it was, just me. I didn't much give a damn if I were here today, fine, or if you get shot, you get shot. That was my attitude always. It's the way you're brought up, I guess.
