By the end of the seventh month I had gotten off the medication and it really was gone. I still occasionally, now there will be a fleeting little shooting pain or burning for a few minutes or something, but it is gone so quickly that it is certainly nothing I would do anything about. And again I talked to one of the physicians and he said we don't know why it comes, we don't know why it goes. It is still one of those areas that has to be worked with. But it can be worked with.Usually there is an answer. There are nerve blocks and that kind of thing if medications are not working. So it's not a matter of giving up and tolerating it.
