- Put all the ingredients into the large bowl until it looks like cornmeal.
- Keep mix tightly covered and store in refrigerator.

NOTES: Variation: 1/2 cup cornstarch and 1/4 cup oil can be used instead of of 1 cup flour and 1/2 cup vegetable oil.Magic Mix can be used to make cream soup, white sauce, homemade pudding, and fudgsicles. These recipes are in other sections of the 'Eating Right is Basic' recipes. |
