To make the best meals, it's important to consider the Food Pyramid, as recommended by the USDA, the US Deparment of Agriculture, experts. Eating right involves consuming the right amount of food from each major food group, and avoiding too much of the wrong types of food.

Be group-conscious when choosing your meals and snacks.
