Vegetables

The USDA recommends eating 3-5 servings from the Vegetable Group every day. A serving size from this group is one medium-sized bake potato (about the size of your computer mouse) or, half a cup of cooked vegetables, about the size of a standard cupcake wrapper.

The Vegetable Group includes all vegetables. Here are some examples of foods that are in the vegetable group.
