- Stir carrots, oranges and raisins together in a mixing bowl.
- Add the yogurt and stir.
- Chill.

NOTES: Variation: A small can of drained pineapple or 1/4 cup orange juice concentrate can be substituted for the orange.Suggestion: Can be served on lettuce leaves. |
