1 cup | skim or reconstituted nonfat dry milk |

- Melt margarine in the saucepan and mix in flour to make a smooth paste.
- Add milk slowly to paste and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thick.
- Add salt and pepper. Cook 3 minutes longer.

NOTES: Serving Suggestions: This sauce works well in casseroles.Variation: Use 1/2 cup of Magic Mix plus 1 cup water in place of margarine, flour and milk. |
