| 3/4 cup | orange juice |

| 3 cups | canned beets, drained and sliced |

- Mix sugar, cornstarch and orange juice in saucepan.
- Cook until thickened over low heat, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat. Stir in lemon juice.
- Reheat over low heat and serve.
