3/4 cup | orange juice |
2 tablespoons | lemon juice |
3 cups | canned beets, drained and sliced |

- can opener (if canned beets are used)

- Mix sugar, cornstarch and orange juice in saucepan.
- Cook until thickened over low heat, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat. Stir in lemon juice.
- Reheat over low heat and serve.

NOTES: Variation: Cooked beets can be used instead of canned beets. |
