- Mix margarine, sugar and water in frying pan.
- Add sweet potatoes. Cook over low heat about ten minutes. Stir often, until sweet potatoes are coated and sauce is very thick.

NOTES: Variation: If using fresh sweet potatoes, cook, peel and cut in 1/2" slices. Cook over low heat for 20-30 minutes.The nutrient analysis was based on canned (not fresh) sweet potatoes. |
