NOTES: Variation: If a more crisp potato is desired, place under a broiler for a minute or two. To decrease fat and calories, place fries in a single layer and spray with vegetable spray.Serving Suggestion: Top with green pepper slices and grated cheese. Bake a few minutes longer to melt the cheese. The nutrient analysis was based on "peeled" potatoes; fiber levels will be higher if potatoes are not peeled. |
