1 cup | skim or reconstituted nonfat dry milk |
1 tablespoon | oil |
2 tablespoons | water |
| vegetable oil or spray (for greasing the pan) |

- Mix ingredients together in large mixing bowl.
- Combine milk, oil and water in second bowl. Add liquid mixture to dry ingredients, stirring until moistened.
- Cook on hot, lightly oiled griddle or frying pan. Pancakes are ready to turn when upper sides of pancake are bubbly all over and edges begin to appear "dry". Turn only once.

NOTES: Serving Suggestion: Serve with applesauce (see page Fruits-1) and use as main dish for breakfast, lunch or dinner. |
