Tuna Apple Salad

Quantities Ingredients
1 (6 1/2 ounces) canwater-packed tuna
1stalk celery, finely chopped
1apple, unpeeled, washed and diced
2 tablespoonslow fat yogurt
1 tablespoonlemon juice


Equipment Instructions

    1. Drain tuna and put in mixing bowl.
    2. Add celery and apple to tuna.
    3. Add all remaining ingredients and mix.

    NOTES: Variation: Light mayonnaise can be used instead of yogurt.Serving Suggestion: Great as a salad on lettuce leaves, or try it on crackers as a snack.
