1 cup | Medium White Sauce (see page Sauces-5) or Magic Sauce (Sauces-3) |
1 teaspoon | chicken bouillon, (optional) (or 1/2 teaspoon salt) |
2 cups | canned or frozen mixed vegetables, cooked |

- SautŽ onion and turkey in frying pan. Cook until ground turkey is browned.
- Add white sauce, bouillon or salt, and vegetables. Stir until heated through.

NOTES: Variations: To decrease sodium, omit bouillon or salt. If using bouillon cube, crush before adding to mixture.Serving Suggestion: Serve over toast, Biscuits (see page Breads-2) or rice. |
