Yogurt Fruit Crunch

Quantities Ingredients
2 cupslow fat yogurt, plain or vanilla
1 cupfruit, fresh or canned in light syrup or natural juices (drained)*.
1 cupdry cereal (granola type or dry crunchy cereal)


Equipment Instructions
  • measuring cup
  • mixing bowl
  • mixing spoon

  1. Mix yogurt and fruit together in a mixing bowl.
  2. Spoon into small bowls.
  3. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup cereal on top of each.

NOTES: Variations: Cereal can be mixed into the fruit/yogurt mixture and refrigerated for later use.*If fruit is packed in juice, this juice can be sued in other recipes, such as Fruit Flavored Gelatin.Nutrient analysis is based in regular granola. Fat and calories would be lower in a low-fat cereal is used.
