Apple Bread

Quantities Ingredients
2 cupsflour
1/2 teaspoonbaking soda
1 teaspoonbaking powder
1 teaspooncinnamon
3 cupsapples, peeled and chopped
2eggs
2/3 cupsugar
1/3 cupoil
1/2 cupapplesauce
1vegetable spray or oil

  • fork (to beat eggs)

  1. Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon together in the mixing bowl. Set aside.
  2. Peel and chop apples.
  3. Beat eggs in large bowl, add sugar and oil to the eggs. Mix with the stirring spoon until smooth.
  4. Add the dry ingredients and apples to the egg mixture.
  5. Add applesauce and mix all ingredients until blended.
  6. Pour batter into lightly oiled loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
