Three Bean Hot Dish

Quantities Ingredients
1/2 poundground beef
1 (15 ounces) cankidney beans, drained
1 (15 ounces) canvegetarian baked beans
1 (15 ounces) canlima beans, drained
1/4 cupbrown sugar
2 tablespoonsvinegar
1/2 cupcatsup
 mustard to taste
 vegetable oil


Equipment Instructions

  • measuring spoon

  • frying pan
  • mixing spoon
  • baking dish

  1. Brown ground beef in a frying pan. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients to the beef. Mix together.
  3. Pour mixture into an oiled baking dish.
  4. Bake at 350¡F for 35 minutes.

NOTES: Variation: For a lower fat dish, omit the ground beefThe nutrient analysis was done on a medium fat ground beef; fat and calories would be lower in lean ground beef were used.
