| 1 package | unflavored or flavored gelatin* |
| 1 cup | heated juice (orange, pineapple or grape) |

Instructions |

- Measure 1/4 cup of the cold fruit juice into a mixing bowl. Sprinkle gelatin on top of fruit juice.
- Heat one cup fruit juice and add to the gelatin mixture.
- Add the remaining cold fruit juice (3/4 cup) and stir. Place in the refrigerator until set (firm).

| NOTES: *Flavored gelatin is higher in calories than unflavored gelatin.Variation: To make finger jell, use 2 package gelatin and 1 1/4 up heated juice. Use a square (8x8) pan. Mix jell and heated juice until dissolved. Chill. Cut in squares after set.The grape juice was the type of juice used in the Nutritional Analysis. |
