1/2 cup | low-fat milk |
2 | medium apples, washed, peeled, and cored* |

- cutting board
- fork or rotary beater
- frying pan or griddle
- pancake turner

- Put Master Mix, egg and milk in mixing bowl and beat with rotary blender or fork until smooth.
- Oil a griddle or frying pan (or use vegetable spray).
- Cut apples crosswise in 1/8 inch slices. *(To core apples, use a sharp knife or vegetable peeler to remove the core and seeds from the middle of the apple.
- Dip apple slices into batter made in Step Cook the apple slices on the hot griddle or frying pan until golden brown, turning once with the pancake turner
