Quantities Ingredients
1/2 cuporange juice
1/4 cuphoney*
2 tablespoonslemon juice
4medium oranges, peeled, sectioned, and cut into bite sized pieces.
2medium bananas, peeled and cut into slices
 *Honey should not be fed to children under one year of age.

  • measuring cup
  • measuring spoons
  • 2 mixing bowls
  • mixing spoon

  1. Blend orange juice, honey and lemon juice together in a bowl.
  2. Add orange and banana pieces.
  3. Cover until ready to serve

NOTES: Variation: Mandarin oranges can be substituted for fresh oranges, Pineapple (drained) can be added.
