2 | apples, washed and diced |
1/2 cup | low fat vanilla yogurt |
1 teaspoon | sugar (optional) |
1 teaspoon | lemon juice |

- mixing spoon

- Combine celery, apples, and walnuts (optional) in a mixing bowl.
- In the other bowl combine yogurt with lemon juice and sugar; add to the celery and apple mixture. Mix the dressing into the fruit.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.

NOTES: Variation: Light salad dressing can be used instead of yogurt.Serving Suggestion: Serve with a meal or separately as a snack or dessert. Add 1/2 cup walnuts for a nutty variation, calories and fat will be higher. |
