Bean and Hamburger Casserole

Quantities Ingredients
1/2 poundground beef
1/2 cuponion, chopped
1 tablespoonprepared mustard
1 can (16 ounces)pork and beans
1 can (8 ounces)tomato sauce
1 cupMaster Mix (see page Mixes-7)
1/3 cuplow fat milk

  1. Cook and stir ground beef and onion until beef is brown, drain excess fat.
  2. Combine beef mixture, mustard, pork and beans, and tomato sauce in ungreased casserole dish.
  3. In bowl, mix Master Mix with milk until soft biscuit forms, beat vigorously 30 times.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto beef mixture.
  5. Bake at 350¡F uncovered until biscuits are golden brown (about 25-30 minutes).
