| 1 | green pepper, chopped |
| 1/4 cup | onion, chopped |
| 1 cup | water |
| 1/2 cup | tomato sauce |
| 1/2 teaspoon | chili powder and/or cumin |

Instructions |

- Brown ground beef in frying pan. Drain off excess fat.
- Add all other ingredients to the beef except tortillas. Simmer until the onions and green pepper are soft, about 30 minutes.
- Warm tortillas in oven 10 minutes before filling.
- To make burritos, put about 2 tablespoons of the filling onto a tortilla and roll.
- Serve hot.
