1 1/2 cup | Master Mix (see page Mixes-7) |
6 tablespoons | cold water |
1/4 cup | onion, chopped |
1 pound | lean ground beef |
1/4 tablespoons | pepper |
1/2 cup | shredded cheese |
1/2 teaspoon | oregano |
1/4 teaspoon | salt (optional) |
8 ounces | tomato sauce |
1/2 cup | bread crumbs |
1/4 cup | green pepper, chopped |

- Heat oven to 350¡F.
- Mix Master Mix and the water until a stick batter forms. Spread on the bottom and sides of a pie pan to form a crust.
- Bake crust for 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
- While crust is baking, brown ground beef, onion and green pepper until beef is drained; drain fat.
- Stir in all other ingredients except cheese. Spoon the mixture into baked pie crust.
- Sprinkle cheese on top of the meat. Return pie to the oven and bake for 10 more minutes to melt cheese.
