2/3 cup | Master Mix (see Mixes-7) |
1 1/2 teaspoons | paprika |
1/2 teaspoon | salt |
1/4 teaspoon | pepper |
2 1/2-3 1/2 pounds | broiler fryer chicken, skinned and cut into pieces |

- pancake turner or tongs

- Heat oven to 425¡F
- Melt margarine in the baking dish, in the oven. Mix Master Mix, paprika, salt and pepper. Coat chicken with the Master Mic and spices mixture and then place in baking dish. Bake 35 minutes.
- Turn chicken pieces with pancake turner and tongs. Bake until done (about 15 minutes longer).

NOTES: Variations: Biscuit mix, such as Jiffy¨, can be used instead of Master Mix. Mexican: Decrease Master Mix to 1/2 cup. Add 2 tablespoons yellow cornmeal and 1/2 tablespoon chili powder. Parmesan: Decrease Master Mix to 1/3 cup. Add 1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese. Sesame: Add 2 tablespoons sesame seeds and 1 teaspoon each thyme leaves, ground sage and parsley flakes |
