Chicken Fruit Salad

2 cupscooked chicken, diced
2apples, diced
1 cupwater packed pineapple chunks, drained
3 tablespoonslow fat vanilla yogurt
3/4 teaspooncurry powder
1/4 cupchopped nuts (optional)

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Chill

NOTES: Variation: "Light mayonnaise" can be used instead of yogurt. Cooked turkey can be used instead of chicken.Note: Adding nuts to this recipe will increase the amounts of fat and calories. Unpeeled apples were used in the nutritional analysis.
