Chicken/Turkey Broccoli Casserole
Number of Servings 4   Serving Size 1 1/4 cup

Quantities Ingredients
1 poundfresh, cooked or 1 10 ounce frozen package broccoli, cooked
1 cupcooked chicken or turkey, diced
1 cancream of chicken soup
1 cupshredded cheddar cheese


Equipment Instructions
  • medium saucepan with cover
  • stirring spoon
  • sharp knife
  • cutting board
  • grater
  • large shallow casserole dish

  1. Cover bottom of casserole dish with cooked broccoli.
  2. Cover broccoli with chicken and cream soup (undiluted).
  3. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  4. Bake at 350¡F for 20-30 minutes.

NOTES: Variation: To decrease sodium, use Medium White Sauce (see page Sauces-5) instead of canned soup.Serving Suggestion: Great served over pasta, rice or noodles.The nutrient analysis used chicken (not turkey).
