1 package (10 ounces) | frozen broccoli |
or 1 pound | fresh broccoli (chopped) |
2 cups | shredded cheese |
2/3 cup | onion, chopped |
1 1/2 cup | cooked chicken, diced |
1 1/3 cup | low fat or reconstituted skim milk |
3 | eggs |
3/4 cup | Master Mix (see Mixes-7) |
1/2 teaspoon | salt (optional) |
1/2 teaspoon | pepper |

- strainer or colander

- Thaw broccoli and drain.
- Heat oven to 400¡F. Lightly oil pie plate.
- Mix broccoli, onion, and chicken.
- Mix milk, eggs, Master Mix, salt and pepper until smooth. Pour into pie pan.
- Bake at 400¡F until knife inserted into center comes out clean - 25-35 minutes.
- Cool six minutes before serving.
