| 1 pound | lean ground beef |

- Beat egg in a large bowl.
- Add milk and bread pieces. Let soak a few minutes.
- Add onion and ground beef to the egg/milk/bread mixture and mix.
- Shape meat into a loaf or ball in the baking pan or loaf pan.
- Bake at 350¡F for one hour.
