1 packageactive dry yeast
2 1/2 cupsall purpose flour
1 cupwarm water
1 teaspoonsugar
1 teaspoonsalt
2 tablespoonsvegetable oil

  • large bowl
  • mixing spoon

  1. Dissolve yeast in warm water.
  2. Stir in remaining pizza dough ingredients and beat vigorously 20 strokes.
  3. Let rest about 5 minutes.
