1hard-cooked egg, chopped
1 cupcooked chicken, chopped
1 teaspoononion, chopped
1 tablespoonlight mayonnaise
2 teaspoonprepared mustard
1 teaspoonparsley (optional)
1 teaspoongarlic powder (optional)

  • mixing bowl
  • measuring cup
  • measuring spoons
  • potato masher and fork

  1. Combine egg, meat, and onion.
  2. Put all ingredients into bowl, mash with potato masher or fork.

NOTES: Variation: One cup canned chicken or fish, cooked pork, or mashed beans can be substituted for the cooked chicken. Low fat yogurt can be used instead of the mayonnaise.Serving Suggestion: Serve on crackers or bread.Note: Chicken was the meat used in the nutritional analysis.
