Over the past decade, Ameritech has strongly supported the national Reading is Fundamental (RIF) organization in Washington, DC. Through the Ameritech and RIF partnership, children and their families are inspired to read through planned reading-related activities and through a special book distribution program. Ameritech funds enable schools, libraries and other non-profits to partner with the RIF program to take advantage of various literacy programs and book supplier discounts. |
