How do you feel when you are active?

I feel just wonderful. I feel if I do 30 minutes of activity a day I not only feel good physically but I feel good mentally. I feel like I've done something for myself. For moms with busy kids that is important. You feel wonderful when you're physically active.


How can you be more active?


I think walking on a regular basis is how I would get exercise. You have to find something that you like. If you're going to continue to be physically active as a lifestyle, you have to find something you like. You're not going to put me on a stair climber and have me enjoy it or even get used to it. It is not something I like. I do like to walk and I can walk at a pretty good pace.
