Cancer in my family

Probably out of the twelve to fifteen people that have died in my family in the last seven or eight years, I'd say over half of them have had cancer. Most of them died from colon cancer. They also had liver cancer. Pretty much our family has been involved. I don't know if it's uniquely minority tradition or not. I think it's probably more economic - that we didn't have the resources to hire nurses or staff or things like that and so that required that we be involved in caring.
