When I was having the radiation I got a pain. It started on, I'd say on my right side in my rib area. It was excruciating pain. They tried every kind of medication. I was even taking liquid morphine. And it just didn't touch that pain. So they suggested I go to the pain clinic again, which I did. And had three treatments there. That's when they did the epidural. They injected steroids into my back which are supposed to come down and take care of the pain, which it did, but it has left my body numb.
