The major side effect of the medicationwas the drowsiness at first which did get better as I adjusted the dose. I took it at bedtime which minimized the sleepiness during the day. And the dry mouth, but you learn to keep a cup of water or some lozenges, life savers handy. It didn't really slow me down. I did very much go on with my life.
