How do you keep from getting sunburned? I use sunblock. I use a high number SPF. I like going to the lake. When we do go to the lake I do make sure to use it. That is when I'm most likely to sunburn. I try to use it when I'm gardening intensively in the sun.   Do your children know about suncreen? They encourage me. They've learned about it at school. They make sure they have it. They are always reminding me to put it on. When they see me working outside they know I probably forgot about it. My youngest one will come out and say, "Mom did you put some of that on?" "Oh, I guess I didn't." "Here, you better make sure you have some."
