If you are having problems, please review the following:

Please make sure you have the most recent version of QuickTime installed and configured properly.

You may also want to buy the award winning CD-ROM version, which features more words, doesn't require an Internet connection (no waiting for dowloads), and contains all the software you need.

You can also try installing the most recent version of your browser (or a different browser):

Internet Explorer
Netscape Navigator
Mozilla Firefox

Note: Occasionaly QuickTime pops up an "Upgrade to Pro version" dialog box. You can upgrade or just click Later / Cancel to continue using the ASL Browser. The Pro version does not add any new features to our site (other than removing the Upgrade dialog box).
