I was lucky

I was lucky

I always considered myself very lucky in that in my case I didn't have severe pain. Physical pain. The kind I have is the kind that can drive you crazy but it isn't super debilitating. The residual pain I had from the surgery on my arm is just something I'm going to have to learn to live with. Some days it is better than others. If I get lazy and don't do my exercises, I use a trampoline and that actually seems to help. The yoga, very important because it helps maintain flexibility. Massage I've used. That helped me a lot. I never had to go in the hospital. Like I said, I was a lucky one.
