As far as insurance coverage, my husband had insurance coverage where he worked and I had insurance coverage where I worked. His insurance had a clause in it that 100 percent of out-patient care was covered. And my insurance covered what his didn't. We had problems in the very beginning because the company he worked for changed insurance carriers, so there was some mix up in who was covering what. That was a big headache for me. It eventually was straightened out and the coverage was very good.
