I've heard so many horror stories about people that have cancer and have so much pain. I think about the magnificent pain relief my husband had. Some of the stories I've heard would just make you cry. These people could have had pain relief, but their physicians didn't order it properly, or didn't know where to send them. The physicians were afraid of addiction. It doesn't matter if a cancer patient becomes addicted. So what if they do. They really need the pain relief and it just makes me sick. I think everybody should have the opportunity my husband had. And I feel very strongly about that.
