I'd thought about what I could and couldn't do after the surgery. I did think about the pain being a barrier to some of the stuff that I wanted to do. Beacuse I had been in cross country and now running is not an option for me obviously. It also made me think, if I'm in this great of pain I'm sure there are people who have been in worse pain and I really shouldn't feel sorry for myself. It made me appreciate health a lot more and not having pain.
